AEO Approval for SAICO

AEO Approval for SAICOSiam Argo-Food Industry Public Company Limited was recently approved as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) for importer and exporter of AEO standard by Thai Customs Department according to customs announcement no. 44/2557. Our Supply Chain Director, Dr.Srisala Pawamikul has recently received the award from Dr. Somchai Sajapong, Director General of Thai Customs, on 28th October 2014 at Queen Sirikit National Conventional Center, Bangkok.The

 AEO program is a core part of World Customs Organization SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (WCO SAFE FoS) aimed at facilitating international trade to be speedy, cost and time saving.

This program will enhance the competitiveness of international trade, including complementing the business community in supply chain to emphasize the significance of product security in business transaction. This establishes the effective supply chains of the company which the customers can ensure products are adequately assessed for security and legality.
