Fruit Roll Ups

Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Crushed, drained 
Cream cheese, softened
Pecans, chopped
Green bell pepper, finely chopped 
Onion, finely chopped
Salt		 200 g.
400 g.
100 g.
50 g.
2 tbsp.                  

Preparation:

1.Combine all ingredients except pecan.

2.Refrigerate until firm then shape into a ball.

3.Roll pineapple cheese ball in pecan before serve with assorted crackers.
