Ingredients:
Canned Tropical Fruit
2.WORLDFOODS Thai Masaman Curry Paste
Chicken Thigh
Roasted Peanut
Coconut Milk
Palm Sugar
Tamarind Juice
Milk
Shallot, chopped
Fish Sauce for seasoning

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in the pan over medium heat, add WORLDFOODS Thai Masaman Curry Paste, stir until fragrant.


2. Add coconut milk and palm sugar, stir until well mixed.


3. Add chicken thigh, tropical fruits and shallots then bring to boil.


4. Adjust the taste with tamarind juice and fish sauce.


5. Sprinkle roasted peanut then ready to serve with brown rice.
