Corporate Social Responsibility Activities at SAICO factory during July-August 2013

18 July 2013 – SAICO, together with municipality, member of the House of Representative, and other members from private sector, organized the Candle Festival Parade to mark the beginning of Buddhist Lent, in promotion of the Buddhism. At this event, there were traditional Thai cultural shows from local schools, followed by parade around Nikom Pattana area and offering lent candles to the temple for lighting during 3 month period of Buddhist Lent. 

9 August 2013 – In honor of HM Queen Sirikit’s 81st birthday, SAICO organized activities to plant saplings around water treatment pond and to improve the landscape around the factory with the local community through cleaning and improvement of buildings.

กิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมของโรงงาน SAICO ในเดือนกรกฏาคม – สิงหาคม 2556

18 กรกฏาคม 2556 – เพื่อร่วมสืบสานและสนับสนุนประเพณีแห่เทียนจำนำพรรษา และช่วยส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา พนักงานโรงงาน SAICO ได้ร่วมกับท่านนายอำเภอ, สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร, และภาคเอกชน ร่วมกันเป็นเจ้าภาพในงานประเพณีแห่เทียนจำนำพรรษา ณ.อำเภอนิคมพัฒนา จังหวัดระยอง โดยภายในงานได้มีการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนต่างๆ และการเคลื่อนขบวนแห่ไปวัดในเขตพื้นที่ และร่วมกันถวายเทียนพรรษาให้แก่พระสงฆ์ สำหรับใช้ในช่วงการจำพรรษาเป็นเวลา 3 เดือน

9 สิงหาคม 2556 – ชาวโรงงาน SAICO ร่วมกันปลูกต้นไม้ถวายแม่ของแผ่นดิน 81 พรรษา มหาราชินี ณ. บริเวณบ่อบำบัดน้ำเสียโรงงาน พร้อมกันนี้ได้ร่วมกับชุมชนโดยรอบโรงงาน ทำการปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่ สภาพภูมิทัศน์ ชุมชนท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้มีสภาพภูมิทัศน์ที่สวยงาม สะอาดตาและน่าอยู่ของคนในชุมชนรอบโรงงาน
