Pineapple Fritters

Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Slices, drained
Sparkling water
Corn flour
Desiccated coconut
Vegetable oil
Honey syrup

Preparation:

1. Keep pineapple in a fridge for an hour.

2. Whisk the sparkling water into the flour to make a fairly thick batter. Stir in the desiccated coconut.

3. Heat oil in a fryer over high heat.

4. Dip the ring into the batter and carefully lower them into the fryer.

5. Fry until golden brown for both sides.

6. Remove excess oil with kitchen paper before serve with honey.

Note:

Sparkling water will help extend the crisp of flour.
