Ingredients:
Canned Pineapple Slices, well drained
Tiger Prawns, shell off and deveined
Salt and pepper to season

Tomato salsa
Olive Oil
Lemon juice
Corianders, chopped
Cayenne Peppers, sliced
Garlics, finely chopped
Tomatoes
Shallot, finely chopped
Salt , pepper and sugar for seasoning

Preparation:

1. Season tiger prawns, pineapple slices with salt and pepper. Then grill until well cooked.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix all tomato salsa ingredients together.
3. Serve grilled tiger prawns and pineapple slices with tomato salsa.
